Before your move-in, we complete a thorough apartment make-ready process to ensure your new home is ready for occupancy. This typically includes a professional cleaning, carpet cleaning, painting, and general maintenance repairs. Our team also completes a final quality inspection to make sure everything meets our standards for move in.

You will be able to submit a maintenance request in your Resident Portal.
All maintenance requests are reviewed and promptly responded to depending on the urgency of the reported issue. Our goal is to complete repairs efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7.
No, you do not need to be present. You are encouraged to give our maintenance team permission to enter address reported issues as soon as they are available.

Community quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am daily.
Our community offers a variety of high-end amenities, including a rooftop junior Olympic pool and spa, an indoor and outdoor state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga deck, game lounge featuring poker and pool tables, golf simulator, arcade, a co-working space with individual pods and full-sized conference rooms, and a coffee bar. Yes, parking is available. Our 1 bedroom units are assigned 1 parking space and our 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units are assigned 2 spaces.

We are pet friendly! Both dogs and cats are allowed at our community.
