Volar participates in the City of Irvine’s Affordable Housing Program with eligibility in the Very Low and Moderate Income Programs. The Affordable Housing interest list for Volar phase I is now closed. Please see the below table regarding income requirements and rental rates. We have the following affordable housing apartment mix at Volar phase I: 10 One Bedrooms, 13 Two Bedrooms, 2 Three Bedrooms.
